The best-fit projects involve real technical uncertainty, not just implementation work. I'm most useful when you have an engineering problem with no obvious off-the-shelf solution. Typical fits include a machine learning model that needs to generalize beyond its training data, a brain-computer interface or signal-processing system, a robot that doesn't work in the conditions it needs to, a product that needs simulation and prototyping, or a codebase that has to be rebuilt to scale. If you're not sure, describe the problem and I'll tell you honestly.
Most projects begin with a scoping phase of one to two weeks, where I audit what you have, ask questions, and define a technical plan with clear success criteria. From there we move into the build phase, with weekly check-ins and continuous communication. I deliver working code, documentation, and an evaluation report, and every project includes four weeks of post-launch support.
Both. I can work alongside your engineering team as an embedded senior engineer, with code reviews, architecture discussions, pull requests, and standups. I'm equally comfortable being the only technical person on an early-stage founder's project. The difference is communication style, not the quality of the work.
Pricing depends on the scope, duration, and type of engagement, so I quote each project individually. Scoped projects are usually priced as a fixed fee, embedded engineering as a monthly rate, and short advisory work as a flat fee. After a first conversation about your needs, you'll get a clear written proposal before any work begins.
Yes. Share your NDA before the call and I'll review it quickly. For the first scoping conversation, most clients can describe the problem at a high level without sharing anything sensitive.
Yes. Most of my clients are outside Türkiye, in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Switzerland, and the United States. I invoice in euros, work in UTC+3 with flexibility for European and US calls, and handle cross-border contracts through standard service agreements.

For questions about courses or thesis supervision at Dicle University, please write from your university email so I can respond properly. I read every message, though replies to academic requests may take a little longer during the semester.
